Delivery will normally be 28 days after receiving cleared payment, depending on any special arrangements and we will contact you direct with a delivery timetable.
Please note we will be looking improve our timescales in future. Most deliveries are before 28 days.
Please note your fireplace will arrive securely packaged on a pallet. Before despatch we make sure your fireplace is packed in perfect condition. On arrival, you will be asked to sign a confirmation receipt to confirm you have received the fireplace and it has arrived in perfect condition. Alternatively you can arrange to collect the fireplace. Please contact us and we can arrange a time and date for collection which will suit both our needs.
Note the stone itself may arrive wet and will be a darker colour than its natural dry colour. It usually takes a couple of days to dry out.
The packaging and delivery charge will depend on your area of residence. The minimum price will be £65.00 and the maximum £150.00. Please refer to our delivery cost
